One Year!!

Feb 9th
Today is dad’s one year passing anniversary.
Since Mike and I are in the US. Derek, Pierre and mom are in South Africa. Amir is in Sudan. We can not get together as a family to hold a service for dad. We therefore decided to donate money and food to charitable foundations in dad’s name.
I made a small donation, in honor of dad to The Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls in South Africa. I am sure Dad would be proud and happy for what we did. Dad has always had a big heart towards the poor and underprivileged people in Africa.

I hope as I make my journey through this life, I will continue to do things that make him proud.
