Kailey and I joined fellowship and visited a member's lake house.
Darren and Daddy couldn't make it because Darren insisted on going to his soccer game.
It was such a beautiful day!!
We both enjoyed our mommy and daughter time together.. :-)
My Journey
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and proclaiming, "Wow, what a ride!!!"
Work - Life Balance
I continue to advocate for work-life balance because I would have been sad to miss my children's first steps but I refuse to give up my personal and professional dreams. I am tired and energized all at the same time and just hope that all this in the end is worth it. I trust and believe that it is.
